Blues v Millwall

The Newnes family were chose by ‘Kids Need Both Parents’ to receive a ‘Golden Ticket’ for a family of four for the Birmingham City Match against Millwall on Wednesday 13th March. They were delighted to have been chosen for a VIP Day out at the Blues. Neil is a separated parent who has 3 children, Jake, Joshua and Luke.

The Newnes family enjoyed a tour of the ground where they were fortunate enough to be able to get into the home dressing room and they also met some of the players as they were arriving for the match and got their autographs and a few selfies too! They were treated to a luxury four-course meal and refreshments.

Jake and Joshua met 2 former Blues players, Ian Clarkson and Nicky Eaden.

Despite the poor performance from the Blues (they lost 2-0 to Millwall), Luke, Jake and Joshua were excited to meet the ‘Man of the Match Craig Gardner. The Newnes family really enjoyed their VIP experience and could not thank us enough at the end of the night.
