    Hi All,

I’ve been split from my ex gf for the past 5 years. We have a 9 year old daughter upon till last month we had joint access to her.

My ex and her bf hacked my apple account I set up for my daughter and refused to return it to me which let to an altercation to which I have been charged with two accounts of assault.

My bail conditions were to have my mother organise any contact between myself and my daughter through her and my ex.

My ex refused to do this so I had to wait till after the court case (today) to try and resolve access.

The judge advised that access should be arranged again between my mum or my wife talking to my ex. Failing that a contact centre.

I have just received a call from the contact centre with an appointment my ex has scheduled with supervised access.

Am I in my right to refuse this and just ask for centre to act as a pick up point?? The judge didn’t suggest or rule for me to have supervision with my child just access.

Hope this makes sense? It’s been a very emotional day for me.

I miss my daughter like hell.

    Thanks

    Pete
