    Children’s sleep:

A child’s sleep pattern is highly important. If there is an evening routine they are more likely to wake up in time for school feeling refreshed and recharged. This will improve their ability to focus and participate in class activities, it will also improve attendance figures and reduce illness in the child.

If a child is continuously having bad dreams, what does this mean to you?

Are there any other routines that have been tried and tested, that could help a child sleep easier?
