A Midland-based parents? group has condemned the man who fathered ten babies by nine women after advertising his sperm on Facebook.
Coleshill charity Kids Need Both Parents said Kenzie Kilpatrick had opened himself up to potential problems by donating directly to couples instead of via a licensed clinic.
He claimed over the weekend to have fathered seven children, including a set of twins, in the past ten weeks ? with three more on the way.
But the charity said the 26-year-old from Yardley could not predict how his decision would play out, as he remained the legal father of the babies.
Mr Kilpatrick said he had tried to help 50 childless women to conceive after they contacted him through his Facebook group, Drama Free UK Sperm Donors.
The former carer met them at their homes or in hotel rooms and produced a sperm sample for artificial insemination with a syringe.
He donated the sperm for free and said he claimed just travel and hotel ?expenses?. Mr Kilpatrick said he ?stumbled across? the idea of becoming a sperm donor after discovering sites about the subject on the internet.
He said one couple had already spent £30,000 on failed IVF treatment.
